Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

 
 
Rental Policy

What is your rental policy? 

We ask for a security deposit equal to the full retail price of the items being rented plus sales tax and any delivery charges.  When items are returned in the same condition as rented and within the agreed terms, the security deposit is returned or removed and the actual rental charges are run on a credit card or cash is paid. 

How long can I rent the barrel items?

We can work with most any timeframe,  Our initial prices are for rentals for up to 3 days. We also have weekly and monthly rates.

Does the rental include delivery?

Delivery is extra. We charge time and mileage for the delivery trip and again for the pickup trip. To save money, you can pickup and bring back yourself or any combination.

What if I keep the items longer than 3 days?

Extra charges will occur. Discuss with us.

 

What if I decide to purchase the items rented?

You can do this. We usually waive the rental fee on the items being purchased. Purchased items are at full retail value and still incur sales tax. Discuss with us. 

 
Deposits

What forms of payment do you accept for security deposits?

We accept cash or credit card. For credit cards, we place a "pre-authorized hold" on the card for the security deposit amount.

 

You are delivering the items to me, when do I pay the security deposit?

If we are delivering the items to you, the security deposit is required the day before delivery. Most customers call with a credit card in this case. 

 

I am picking up the items, when do I pay the security deposit?

If you are picking up the items, the security deposit is required the day before pickup. 

 

How do I get my security deposit back?

As long as the items are returned in the same condition as rented and within the agreed terms, we will remove the "pre-authorized hold" on your credit card. If the security deposit was paid in cash, we return the full deposit less the rental charges. 

 

Reservations

How do I make a rental reservation?

We require certain information about you and the event. After receiving the information, we will write up a reservation order and email it to you. If there are any questions or conflict in items, we will let you know. When all questions and conflicts are resolved and you are ok with the rental charge and the security deposit, you now have an unsecured unconfirmed reservation. This means it will be on our calendar as tentative.

What do you mean an unsecured and unconfirmed reservation?

This means that if someone else wants the same item on the same date and we don't have enough for both reservations, the customer that confirms and secures the reservation first has it reserved. The other customer will need to have a substitution.

How do I secure and confirm my reservation?

After we receive your credit card information for the security deposit, we will secure your rental items and confirm your reservation.

 

How do I get you the credit card information?

We prefer to have you call us with the information.

Do you place the security deposit hold when you receive the information?

No. It is placed the day before the delivery or pickup. 

 

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

No problem. Just email or call us and let us know before we place the security deposit. 

What if I forget to tell you I need to cancel?

If we don't find out until after we are loaded and ready to deliver or are on our way to deliver, you will have to pay the delivery charge at the very least. 

Payments

You are picking up the items from me, when do I get my security deposit back and pay?

If we are picking up the items from you, the credit card security deposit will be removed when we arrive back at our location and then the credit card will be run for the actual rental charges. If the deposit was cash, then it will be returned to you when we pick up less the rental charges.

I am returning the items to you, when do I get my security deposit back and pay?

If you are returning the items to us and after we accept the items back, the credit card deposit will be removed and you can pay by credit card or cash. If the deposit was cash, then it will be returned to you less the rental charges.
